My second alphabet is complete.  This was way too much fun.  The squares are attached vertically in 5 rows. The letters are made from bamboo leaves that I pressed then scanned in three sizes and printed out. The black parts of the fur are elephant dung paper for texture.  The nose has a very small pattern of leather grain, like a cat or dog's nose has.  The eyes are mirror paper with a tiny bit of black peeled away so there is a white edge. The white fur around the head is embroidery floss pieces.  The U is separate, hanging from the Z.  It asks the question "What can U do to help?"  As we know, pandas need all the help they can get.

If I have the nerve, I may color the paper hinges in the black areas black.  I think his nose looks funny with the white strip showing.  Now I have to figure out how to package everything.

Thanks for looking.
